13" MacBook Pro Early 2015 with a swollen battery that was dangerously close to bursting!
Note the "pillow effect" on the individual battery cells. Outer MacBook Pro case showed signs of swelling. System notification "Service Battery Now!" was displaying in finder.
Battery is glued in to the upper case and requires extraction via careful applied leverage and force.
Old battery adhesive residue removed and internal compartment dusted out with compressed air & brush.
New battery installed and calibrated.
Note the "Cycle Count:1" and "Condition: Normal" in the battery system profiler. This new battery should be good for another 1000 cycles!
